Data protection

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and adhere strictly to the legal and official data protection regulations. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

Our website can usually be used without providing personal data. We generally only collect and use personal data insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email address) is collected on our site, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Personal data is stored for the duration of the respective statutory retention period. After the period has expired, the data will be routinely deleted unless there is a need for initiating a contract or fulfilling the contract.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect data from third-party access.

Contact form
There is a contact form on our website that can be used to contact us electronically. Alternatively, you can contact us via the email address provided. If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies
Some of the websites use so-called cookies. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Cookies do no damage to your computer and contain no viruses.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http: //” to “https: //” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Server log files

Every time this website is accessed, an automated system collects data and information. These are stored in the server’s log files for a period of 6 weeks. The following data can be collected:
> Browser type and browser version
> Operating system used
> Internet service provider
> IP address
> Date and time of the server request
> Websites from which your system reaches our website
> Websites that are accessed by your system via our website

The processing of the data serves to deliver the content of our website, to ensure the functionality of our information technology systems and to optimize our website. The data of the log files is always stored separately from other personal data of the users.
We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

Google AdWords

We use Google AdWords, an online advertising program from Google Inc., at times with our website. Conversion tracking is also used. With this tool, Google AdWords places a cookie on your PC when you come to our website via a Google advertisement. The cookie is no longer valid after 30 days. It does not serve personal traceability. If you visit our website as a user and the cookie is still working, we will recognize together with Google that you have clicked on the corresponding ad and have been forwarded to our page. Each Google AdWords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot be traced via the websites of AdWords customers. With the data obtained through conversion cookies, conversion statistics are created for AdWords customers. As a customer, we learn the total number of users who responded to our ad and were then directed to a website that was provided with a conversion tracking tag. During this process, we do not receive any information with which we could personally identify you as a user. If you reject the tracking process, the Google conversion tracking cookie can be deactivated via your internet browser. If necessary, use the help function of the browser for further information. You can find out more about Google’s data protection regulations at http://www.google.de / policies / privacy / .

Objection to advertising mail
We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited promotional information, such as spam emails.
